OMX is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join an existing team that is focused on sales, business development, and customer relations. With great energy and enthusiasm, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our users and providing ongoing support to our existing clients.

What you'll do

  • Engage with clients to ensure their success in using the OMX platform
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer questions and requests
  • Take ownership of accounts and manage their onboarding, success and retention
  • Lead an up-sell sales process for clients seeking an upgrade
  • Help drive customer references and case studies
  • Find new and creative ways to improve the current customer success processes

  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail to ensure that customer requests are recorded and dealt with properly
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating directly and creating good relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • Proven track record of success in account management or customer success
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, busy environment
  • Experience using a CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce

What we'd also love to see

  • Bilingual communication skills (French & English)
  • Knowledge of the defence, aerospace, space, energy or construction industries, and/or experience dealing with companies in global supply chains

Your ideal background

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3+ years of customer success, account management, and/or sales experience for a Saas company
